HULL FC will be without Joe Batchelor for the final two rounds of the season after the back-rower received a two-match suspension.

Batchelor was charged with Grade D head contact in Hull’s 16-14 home defeat to Warrington Wolves on Saturday.

The match review panel has banned him for the remaining games, away to Toulouse Olympique and Leeds Rhinos, as well as issuing a fine.

Warrington’s Sam Powell has also received a suspension following that fixture, for Grade C dangerous contact.

The hooker will miss Saturday’s trip to Wakefield Trinity as a result.

There are also one-match bans for St Helens’ Daniel Suluka-Fifita, for Grade C strikes, and Castleford Tigers debutant Daniel Sarbah, for Grade B head contact, in defeats to Leeds and Catalans Dragons respectively.
