HUNSLET have kept hold of powerful prop Keelan Foster – and taken former London Skolars, Hemel Stags and Jamaica outside back Jimmy Morgan on a trialist deal.
Both players could be involved in Sunday’s Championship first-round meeting at home to Dewsbury Rams as Kyle Trout (pictured) goes into his first full season as coach.
Foster, 25, was signed from Halifax Panthers ahead of last season, and made 18 appearances.
He previously played for Doncaster and Bradford Bulls, where he came through the development ranks, representing Yorkshire at Academy level.
Morgan, 32, had two spells at Skolars, the most recent in 2023, featuring 20 times in all and scoring three tries.
He made eleven appearances, with three tries, for Hemel in 2014, and last year turned out for Hunslet ARLFC in the National Conference League.
Watson has twice played for Jamaica, including in the 36-0 defeat by France at Albi in October which ended the Reggae Warriors’ bid to qualify for this year’s World Cup.
