Jacob Miller fails to report for pre-season training at Hull FC

Hull FC half-back Jacob Miller has remained in his native Australia instead of returning to East Yorkshire for pre-season training.

The 22-year-old, who has shown promise in his time with the club but nothing close to consistency, has fallen way down Lee Radford’s pecking order following the arrivals of Marc Sneyd and Leon Pryce.

Both he and the club are said to be keen on terminating his contract a year early and reports suggest that Wakefield Wildcats are favourites to sign the former Wests Tigers star.

Rivals Hull Kingston Rovers are also said to have taken an interest in the former Australian Schoolboy.
