Two games will take place at Leigh East on Saturday.
Easts’ first team will entertain Askam in the Kingstone Press Cider National Conference League’s Second Division, while the clubs’ second strings will also square up.
Askam’s Ray Alexander told Totalrl.com: “We are taking our `A’ team to Leigh East on Saturday to play before our NCL game.
“It’s something more clubs could look into.
“Our `A’ team league fixtures are now complete as we only have six sides in the competition. Playing 10 games is not enough to keep the lads playing.”
