LEIGH LEOPARDS have announced an apparel deal with sports brand Debeau Performance – whose sole director is club owner Derek Beaumont.

The partnership involves exclusive sponsorship of the club’s training range and a kit supply agreement in what Leigh describe as a “club-record six-figure annual deal”.

Beaumont is the only director listed on Companies House for the firm, which launched in January.

Leigh chief executive Neil Jukes said: “This is a very exciting time for the club and (the deal) is something that has been developing for many months.”
