Luke George returns to Bradford Bulls squad

Bradford Bulls winger Luke George is in line to make his return to the Bulls side on Sunday, after being named in Francis Cummins’ 19-man squad for the visit of Huddersfield Giants.

The winger missed last weeks defeat to Hull FC, after suffering a concussion during the Bulls’ victory over London the week previous.

However, he has shaken that off, and looks set to return to the Bradford side to face his former club. Despite the return of George though, the Bulls will be without two props for the game against their West Yorkshire rivals on Sunday.

Loan signing Greg Burke dislocated a shoulder on debut for the club at the KC Stadium last week, and is set for an extended spell on the sidelines. And Anthony Mullally is ineligible, as the Bulls face his parent club. Young forward Alex Mellor moves into the squad.

Bradford Bulls 19-man squad to face Huddersfield (Odsal, Sunday, 3pm): Danny Addy, Danny Bridge, Matt Diskin, James Donaldson, Jamie Foster, Luke Gale, Luke George, Adam Henry, Elliot Kear, Brett Kearney, Manase Manuokafoa, Alex Mellor, Adam O’Brien, Tom Olbison, Adrian Purtell, Oliver Roberts, Adam Sidlow, Liam Sutcliffe, Chev Walker.
