MATHIEU PONS is ‘delighted’ to have signed a new one-year deal with Toulouse Olympique.
Having joined the club ahead of the 2026 Super League season, the winger made his Super League debut against Hull KR earlier this year and has gone to make two appearances altogether for the French side.
Upon signing the new deal, Pons said: “I’m delighted and honoured to continue my journey with Toulouse Olympique.
“I can’t wait to keep giving my all and working hard to help the club achieve its goals and continue its rise up the Super League table.”
The 24-year-old began his career in the UK with Halifax Panthers back in 2024, registering two appearances before moving to Oldham for 2025.
At Oldham, Pons scored seven tries in seven games and earned a big move to Super League newcomers Toulouse for 2026.
The 24-year-old is the latest Toulouse player to commit their future to the club, with the likes of Henry O’Kane, Jake Shorrocks and Thomas Lacans also etching new deals.
