McCarthy & Williams to leave Wolves

Warrington Wolves have confirmed that second rower Tyrone McCarthy and winger Rhys Williams will leave the club at the end of the current season.
Local-born Tyrone, 25, joined the Wolves back in 2005 and is a product of the club’s academy system. He made his memorable Super League debut against Wigan Warriors in 2009 before stepping out at Wembley just weeks later.
Tyrone has made 43 appearances for his hometown club making 10 this season. He is a recognised Irish International and is expected to feature in the Ireland squad when they compete in Group A alongside England, Australia and Fiji during the upcoming Rugby League World Cup.
Williams, 23, joined the club in 2009, making his first-team debut the following year. He has gone on to make 29 appearances crossing for 21 tries; including four in six matches this season.
During his Warrington career Williams also developed as a Super League player on loan at Castleford and this season at neighbours Salford.
Like Tyrone, the Welsh International is also gearing up for RLWC2013 as he looks to add to his already impressive try-scoring total having become Wales’ all-time top try scorer last year.
