Four players have been charged with offences committed in Super League round four fixtures last weekend.
Michael McIlorum of Wigan Warriors has been charged with a Grade C reckless high tackle on Castleford Tigers player Kirk Dixon in the 10th minute of the fixture at The Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Sunday March 9. Dixon broke his jaw as a result.
Castleford Tigers player Justin Carney has been charged with a Grade A punching offence on Wigan Warriors player John Bateman in the seventh minute of the same fixture.
Catalan Dragons player Louis Anderson has been charged with a Grade B offence of making dangerous contact on Wakefield Trinity Wildcats player Taulima Tautai in the 16th minute of their match on Sunday.
Steve Rapira of Salford Red Devils has been charged with a Grade B offence of making dangerous contact on Widnes Vikings player Alex Gerrard in the 16th minute of the fixture at The Select Security Stadium on Thursday.
Carney will appear before an RFL Disciplinary Tribunal tomorrow (Tuesday) evening. McIlorum, Anderson and Rapira have until 11.00am on Tuesday March 11 to submit Early Guilty Pleas.
