Naiqama and Swift star for awesome Saints

Kevin Naiqama scored four tries and Adam Swift a hat-trick as St Helens made it two wins from two over Easter after coming from 10-0 down to destroy Hull FC, 62-16

Hull FC raced into their 10-point lead early thanks to tries from Joe Westerman and Carlos Tuimavave but the Saints were soon in the lead thanks to Jonny Lomax’s brace of tries.

They were then added to by Naiqama, Swift and Lachlan Coote, who goaled all five conversions in the first half as Saints led by 20 at the break.

After Jez Litten’s try for the away side, things took a turn for Hull. Swift completed his hat-trick with two more tries, Coote crossed and Jack Welsby, who continues to impress in his appearances this season, also scored.

It was then left to Naiqma to compete the rout with two more tries.
