New Bradford Bulls signing Etu Uaisele has described the opportunity to sign for the club as a “massive chance”, and admits his career his taken inspiration from one of the club’s all-time great wingers.
Uaisele penned a two-year deal to become the eighth member of James Lowes’ 2015 squad yesterday, and he said he can’t wait to get started with pre-season training this year – citing Lesley Vainikolo’s time at Bradford as a huge inspiration.
“I see coming to play for the Bulls as a massive chance for me,” said Uaisele. “I grew up watching the likes of Lesley Vainikolo, he was unreal for Bradford, and I just cannot wait to get started and have a good spell here.
“I cannot wait to play under James Lowes, as the boys who are playing under him now are only saying good things about life with the Bulls.
“Everything I have heard or been told has been hugely positive. I cannot wait to meet my new team-mates, hear about the plans for next season and kick on.”
