NRL to take exhibition game to Hawaii

Reports in Australia are suggesting that two NRL clubs are set to take a game on the road to the most glamorous and extravagant of locations – Hawaii!

Triple M are reporting that Brisbane Broncos and Penrith Panthers will take a game there later this year, although it won’t be a regular season game.

The match is scheduled to be an exhibition game on Saturday, October 17 at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu.

Rugby League has been played in the United States in the past – with a State of Origin game even taking place there in 1987.

However, this is the kind of location that fans would surely book up in advance for, we think!
