Reports: Hull KR to sign Warrington’s Richie Myler on loan

Warrington Wolves half-back Richie Myler could join Hull Kingston Rovers on loan next season, according to the Hull Daily Mail.

The 24-year-old was in and out of Tony Smith’s side in 2014 and ultimately fell down the Wolves’ pecking order behind Stefan Ratchford and Chris Bridge. That, along with the emergence of Gareth O’Brien, has put the former England international in danger of being surplus to requirements at the Halliwell-Jones Stadium.

Robins boss Chris Chester has just signed Gold Coast Titans duo Albert Kelly and Maurice Blair to replace Travis Burns (St Helens) and Kris Keating (returning home to Australia), but is said to see the signing of an additional playmaker as a priority.

Myler has just one year left on his Warrington deal.
