Three players from recent pre-season fixtures have been charged with offences by the RFL’s Match Review panel.
Keighley Cougars captain James Feather was charged with making a Grade B shoulder charge in the 79th minute of his side’s match with Barrow on January 19, while Josh Sunley (Featherstone) and Dave Manning (Halifax) were charged with Grade B punching in their match on the same day.
All three players have until 11.00am on Tuesday January 28 to submit early guilty pleas.
The RFL said their Match Review Panel also handed a formal caution to Karl Olstrum of Workington Town for using foul and abusive language to a match official in the 15th minute of a match at Whitehaven on January 11.
