West Division leaders Torfaen Tigers are seek a third successive victory, at All Golds, while Swindon St George and Cardiff Blue Dragons go head-to-head in efforts to get off the mark.
The East Division features matches between London Chargers and West Warriors and Eastern Rhinos and Hammersmith Hills Hoists (all four of whom are bidding for two wins out of two) while Brixton Bulls and Hemel Stags are aiming to break their early ducks.
