Following Super League’s full return round on Sky Sports, three players have received sanctions for their actions.
Castleford’s Peter Mata’utia and Warrington’s Anthony Gelling face two-match suspensions after their dangerous lifts, which saw both players receive sin-bins during their respective fixtures against Catalans and Hull KR.
Meanwhile, George Burgess will miss Wigan’s pivotal fixture against Leeds Rhinos this weekend after being charged with dangerous contact on David Fifita.
Mata’utia also received a caution for a shoulder charge on Sam Moa, while Hull FC’s Andre Savelio was warned for raising a knee late in the first half on Mark Flanagan.
