Tiaki Chan makes permanent Toulouse Olympique move

TIAKI CHAN has made a permanent move to Toulouse Olympique following a successful loan spell at the French club.

Chan has signed a deal until the end of the 2028 season, with the option of a further year.

Following an initial short-term loan in 2023 while a Catalans Dragons player, Chan returned to Toulouse on a second loan deal in March from Wigan Warriors, which has now been made permanent.

The 26-year-old played just three times for the Warriors since joining the club ahead of the 2024 season.

Prior to his spell for Wigan, Chan had made 21 appearances for Catalans and had loan spells at Salford Red Devils and Hull FC.

Upon penning the long-term deal, Chan said: “I’m very happy to be here and to have signed for the club.

“I can’t wait to see what we can achieve with this team. I love the direction the club is heading in and I hope to be part of it for years to come.”
