Samoa boss Matt Parish believes England's Sam Tomkins is among the world's best fullbacks - and compared him to the likes of Billy Slater, Greg Inglis and Jarryd Hayne.
Tomkins had a solid game against Samoa, making 15 tackles, 12 carries and looking, for the most part, a safe pair of hands at the back.
