The Sydney-born secondrow arrives from Canterbury Bulldogs on a deal until the end of the 2027 campaign.
“We’re delighted to have signed Louis, who will add real quality to our pack,” said Toulouse coach Sylvain Houles of the 23-year-old, who has scored twice in seven New South Wales Cup appearances for Canterbury this season.
“He’s a France international and a highly-athletic player who gives everything and never stops working.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming him to the club and getting started together.”
Grossemy progressed through the ranks at South Sydney Rabbitohs before a stint with Sydney Roosters, whom he played for at Under 16 level before returning to the Rabbitohs’ Under 19 and Under 21 sides.
He featured for the Rabbitohs’ NRL first-grade side during pre-season matches in both 2023 and 2024, and in 2025 earned his first call-up to the France national team, for whom he qualifies through his French father, for their 36-0 win over Jamaica at Albi.
Grossemy is excited to join Toulouse, adding: “It’s an opportunity to come back and play and represent my family’s heritage.”
