Warrington Wolves are thought to be closing in on former Leeds Rhinos star Ryan Bailey.
The Rhinos stalwart is without a club after leaving Castleford Tigers, and the Wolves have emerged as favourites to hand the 31-year-old a new deal.
After leaving the Rhinos at the end of last year, Bailey originally signed for Hull KR. However off-field issues saw him leave Rovers after just one appearance and he promptly joined Cas.
However, he is now on the search for a third club in twelve months, and it is understood that Tony Smith, who coached Bailey at Leeds for three years during a trophy-laden spell is willing to give him a chance.
Speculation began to pick up pace throughout Monday, with Bailey tweeting a cryptic message Monday evening saying “Blessed”.

It is thought that Bailey could have already taken his medical ahead of the switch.
