Warrington Wolves v Hull KR preview and 21-man squads

HAVING both suffered defeats last weekend, Warrington and Hull KR will be keen to get back into the winner’s circle and keep the pressure on in the race for the playoffs.

Warrington currently sit fourth, and Hull KR fifth, but the Robins could leapfrog their opponents with victory at the Halliwell Jones.

Sam Burgess has named an unchanged squad following last weekend’s loss at Wigan, with Jordy Crowther still absent with injury despite the head coach naming him as a possible returnee for the fixture.

Cai Taylor-Wray and Joe Philbin could make their returns from ankle and calf issues respectively, whilst Kelepi Tanginoa is in line to make his 150th Super League appearance.

Meanwhile, Willie Peters has made two changes after the Robins’ home defeat to Wakefield Trinity.

Tom Amone and Dean Hadley will provide a boost to the forward pack, with the pair back in contention following layoffs with a fractured eye socket and failed HIA respectively.

They replace centre Peta Hiku, who serves a one-match suspension, whilst Jack Charles also drops out of the squad.
