Widnes Vikings centre to spend rest of season with Rochdale Hornets

ROCHDALE HORNETS have extended the loan of Widnes centre Kieran Taylor to cover the rest of the campaign.

The 25-year-old initially joined for a month, and played four times in that period, with the agreement to stay for longer completed before Sunday’s home clash with Midlands.

Taylor joined Widnes from North Wales Crusaders ahead of this season, and before his loan to Rochdale, had also been farmed out to Salford.

Rochdale took Wigan backrower Lukas Mason on a one-week loan ahead of the Midlands meeting.
