  1. The dislike of Castleford in this Wakefield fan is strong. I strongly suspect if it was a Wakefield player things would be quite different.
  2. It also completely ignores players like Greg Inglis, Billy Slater, Cameron Smith, Sam Burgess, Cooper Cronk etc who we have seen play in the last decade alone.
  3. Yeah that finished in 2021 though with Seibold. It kind of changed then after that.
  4. Firstly, has anyone links to quality coaching analysis and resources. For analysis I am thinking things like this where a coach/pundit really breaks down plays and attacking shape. I have found the Matt Elliott breakdown stuff quite good but it is 6/7 years old now: Secondly, I would also love to see some quality coaching resources/drills that really focus on attack, shape in particular but everything really, and defence. A lot of things I find are more basic things for kids but I'm looking for more advanced game related stuff. There is some good stuff on various Facebook and Instagram feeds but I would love to find something a little more substantial than odd snippets. I am hoping our Australian posters in particular can provide some good stuff as I'd expect the game there to be way ahead on all of this.
  5. Yes we know that. Everyone has criticised that and have done so since January. That is quite different than the point you made regarding Australia and their brand. Australia are no better, frankly we should be following no examples in Rugby League on how to do this as internationals are done so poorly across the board. Its real arguing that one is a little shitter than the other stuff.
  6. Once in a lifetime? Really? Manu is a good player but let's not exaggerate. The NRL still has plenty of stars and producing star players by the bucketload. Manu is just one of many.
  7. Tribal loyalty? I'm a Wigan fan and have already said it was an accident and that the ban was harsh. There's certainly nothing tribal about it when it was a Wigan player injured.
  8. It's not really the case though and is a really vague measure. They produce players like any place that play RL does, mostly very average ones.
  9. This really illustrates how much work there is to do even in the areas that are considered the RL heartland.
  10. I know for a fact that if I told RU folk that I know to watch this match on TV they are very likely to extract the urine out of it.
  11. I know it pathetic. Australia do curtain raisers too though. They are hardly the beacon to follow on this.
