There is a good chance London will finish in the bottom 4 of the Championship this season.Yet some people are saying they should be in SL next season.That sounds stupid to me.

But how do we enforce clubs to spend a % of their allocation into youthdevelopment.As I understand it from these forums some clubs are not allowed to run academy teams.

I have read a report that at least 2 Championship clubs are willing to form a SL league of 14 but will give up any central funding.If anyone thinks this is feasible I must be living on another planet. I am assuming they think they will have a miserable season in the hope of a closed shop the season after.
