THE fixtures for the new Super League season will be announced on Thursday, November 27.
The division will contain 14 sides for the first time since 2014, with Bradford Bulls, Toulouse Olympique and York Knights promoted and Salford Red Devils relegated.
Hull KR will be attempting to defend their Grand Final title having overcome Wigan Warriors 24-6 at Old Trafford earlier this month.
It is believed that the new campaign will begin on the weekend of February 14-15, with the Grand Final on October 3.
Loop fixtures will be removed thanks to Super League’s expansion but two uncertainties remain, with decisions to be made on the future of Magic Weekend and the structure of the play-offs.
There would only be space for one of Magic or a fourth week of play-offs, should mooted plans to expand the play-offs from six teams to eight get the go-ahead.
