Bradford Bulls star Danny Addy has issued the rallying cry to his teammates ahead of this weekend’s huge clash with Wakefield, insisting his confidence in them beating the drop has never been in doubt.
The Bulls are eight points behind their relegation rivals heading into the match, and almost certainly have to win to keep alive any realistic prospects of being in Super League next season. However, Addy told the Telegraph and Argus that relegation has never even entered his thoughts, and the team are ready to kick-start their season this Sunday.
“Do I think we will stay up? Without a doubt,” Addy claimed.
“It has never even crossed my mind that we are going to get relegated.
“We’ve got a good set of lads here and a lot of people don’t see it but we work so hard for each other.
“Now we’re beginning to get a full squad back at our disposal, then we will be ready to kick on and start gelling again – starting this weekend.
