I’m sure mr Sawyer would help out his beloved Batley big supporter of the gallant youths he might need it next year tho as they’ll probably be paying out in league 1

Why? We don’t have money problems unless you know something our board don’t know about…

Our group stayed over Friday until this afternoon at kings cross, we visited Covent Garden Friday and we were told they were expecting more football fans there than rugby league fans, Saturday a few of us got the train from kings cross or got an Uber at £30 for 6 people, we ended up in the Bricklayers arms before the game which at the start had 3 bar staff ended up with 6 but they had an outside bar which supposedly opened at 12 but they didn’t bother with it The ground was a wonderful experience comfy seats easy to get drinks food and toilet- could move round to meet people from our club and stuff - after we went in the number 8 pub which was better than the bricklayers arms with the crowd etc took the 20 minute walk to seven sisters and was back in kings cross within 20 minutes for a quick change before finding a nice place for some food and drinks would of been nice to know the date for next years final so we can book it off work and start looking for hotels and tickets -
Really? It was nice for the players to have a rest I bet I know it was for the off field staff

Why would ned Kelly know? He was playing when you moved to the ground not coach…

I agree about rusty - playing one week having 10 days off then playing two in a week before another week off before 3 games in ten days before another weekend off
-
We were the good the bad the ugly for the 80 minutes there

We’ve lost one game in the last 6 weeks - form hasn’t gone anywhere one game doesn’t make a season we go again tomorrow 3 of our next games should be fine but we’ll see before Fev at the end of June…

I was seeing if anyone from the time remembered him he played a few first team games also a few alliance games before moving on to Sheffield

Due to bounce back… dogs will hopefully have some bite in them and return to winning ways by 18 we haven’t beaten London since July 2016
-
I wonder if we’ll see former Batley forward Saqib Murtza in action
-
Too many errors after 20 minutes which meant we defended more and tired out quickly and you can’t get the ball for 10-15 minutes before we drop the ball with a simple error probably our worst performance under Craig hopefully we bounce back Sunday with 3 massive games coming up now for the play offs
-
That and a decent budget and we didn’t help ourselves after 22 minutes giving away cheap ball and field position

Can’t compete when you drop the ball every other set after defending 6 sets back to back
