Looks like town have signed a lot of furness based player's, from barrow last season and local amuture teams,not sure what barrows direction is this season, unless going duel reg with someone.

O'brien Carter, singleton, haven,marwood, Stephenson town would be great in any squad.

Agree its a tough call,but in championship you need a bigger squad to get through the season, it's a tough league to keep in.

Barrow can only pay players what they can offered, looks like the away players are getting deals nearer home,a lot of furness area players up the coast who Barrow should be signing,make the squad local if they don't have the budget to sign players from away. Not throwing academy an local amuture lads in at the deep end at championship level.

We have Henson, marwood, Saunders, all versatile play hooker, half an loose,all cumbrian lads,if town get travelling lads from Lancashire or Yorkshire they have to be a lot better to bring them up,

Agree with season long loan deals,hope barrow don't go down the duel reg route, only benefits the super league club.and upsets the squad players.

I don't think that's barrows idea next season, with a lot of players from the furness area going up the coast.

Move a few teams up ,Make super league bigger, then one big league under super league how it was years ago before they started changing everything to suit the big clubs.more games and comps to watch years ago,league games, challenge cup,county cups,John player trophy, Australia tours who played all over the North good day's

Can't understand letting locals go,there the future, small squad is no good in championship, look at barrow team in the last month, amuture players kept you up and getting a team in Jackson an wilko,need your own squad, don't go down the duel reg or short loan root.only helps super league club.

On barrow forum, saying archer an Saunders to town,be good squad players for town but really need an experienced half to boss the town pack.henson and marwood definitely better .

Thought shaw would have got some award,his goal kicking was the difference in staying up.

Problem is that barrow have a little squad now,or lot of injuries and players probably moving on next season, class players are very expensive or will barrow go down the loan or duel reg root to get players,championship will be tough league next year.

Problem is now,who is going to play half next season, who will be able to open up defences?

Thought cumbria would have given the younger lads the experience as well, walker,marwood, Stephenson .

One league below super league should be the forward,plenty of games and chance to get to the top league.

I would have thought barrow would have gone for Stephenson and marwood,two very good young local furness players.

North Wales went forward miles better with Foster an Co.made more yards and won the game,basic errors killed town again.would like to see town find a kicker in general play for next season,someone who can take control of the last tackle kicks.even kicking for touch get more yards.

I would still like to see walker an marwood play at half together,I think they would make a great partnership,both take the line on and brave in defence, with good support play,town must get a over seas forward to go with Bradley and Stephenson who can brake the line so the halfs can support.
