It may be the stadiums that are the problem? I dont know but I would guess reds ladies currently would be 3rd choice to play on BP because i was told they have a reserve team! So you could assume 1st/2nd/ladies? But they can play at DP almost every match - because even when our season and their season overlap the weather should be good enough to handle that. If the move to BP ever happens [god forbid it doesn't] then reds ladies would then be 4th choice to play on BP. RE stadium - cancel now and split the money. BP with 1 New low level stand is not as good as DP is now [ask the ladies] and grass is better than plastic - probably another reason ladies moved. Scrap it What do you think they are going to get with 5 or 6 million now?? Maryport were given 5M for a swimming pool at same time, and costs by last year had gone up 600k so was scrapped by council and spent elsewhere in Maryport. The reason it is all quiet is - they are going to end up with something less than what we have now at DP - just a new small LOW LEVEL stand only, and if they admitted that no one would want to move. Split the money now 3M each for ground improvements And they will play right to final whistle then scream "we need to decide now or lose it" Town getting sold down river just for reds to get a stand. Just look at some of the other clubs Salford etc - ground sharing is not good for the game. Control your own ground and you can control your own finances - income, expenses, Bar money etc.

Back in 2022 - I think Town had 7 of our first 8 matches at home in Jan/Feb/march not the best weeks weatherwise for crowds and therefore seemed to be away all summer during better weather? Also affects clubs cash flow - when travelling away regular instead of alternate weeks

with no call backs - to stop it being abused Dual reg is a disgrace

The kit we wore the year we won L1 Playoffs is the traditional one [all white with blue band] and is best but this is a close second

you could have asked L1 clubs why there is such a massive gulf in funding at any time

It was',t for the benefit of L1 clubs it was to pacify the CH clubs who did not want to travel away from the M62 corridor
