Haha, or let them play on the agreement that refs won't be looking out for their interests...

 

I'd let them back, in time.  Although I'd insist that they completed their referees qualification and officiated for over 100 games before I heard their appeal.

I think respect is a two way thing.

 

When was the last time you saw a referee or any match official abuse a player, spectator or club official?  As a match official I do not abuse players, spectators or club officials.  I always show the utmost respect for them so what makes anyone think it is ok to abuse me or even physically assault me?
