As you say Howard m hopefully the half back combination will be good. I felt that last season we lacked nous and pace at half back, next season if all works out we will see a lot more line breaks by one or both, and also see more of the backs. Our pack is shaping up nicely, sorry to hear, if true, that Middlehurst is leaving, hard to replace. Hope we have not finished signings, like many others on this forum , can't wait for new season, it will be just as hard as last. But much better standard, all we have to do is match it.

Heard he's coming to you mate. But would love him to stay. He's been superb since joining US from NWC.

Neversaydie definitely, there was only Lepori capable of line breaks until Gill arrived. Our kicking game lacked any real threat. A good half back can pin a team with a good kick.
