French rule changes

With 2 games left in the season and the play offs to come they've decided to introduce 6 again and the ball strip rules from this weekend onwards. 

Probably to get ready for the world cup. I find it a bit unfair seeing as it can change the play offs completely depending if you're style of play suits six again or not.

They brought in two refs 3 or 4 yeaes ago for the finals series and cup final. Then never used them the season after.

It seems awfully late in the season to be making these changes.

Very. But the rules for the world cup have just been made public so maybe it's for that.

Super league won't change their rules mid season for the world cup rules. Scrums will come back when they allow them again in the uk.
