No idea why the date is different to yours. I only deal in facts. Great win at Cornwall - well done to all involved Here here.....well said.

Accompanying the cut and paste post was a frankly amateurish clip art picture which unsurprisingly came in for a bit of ridicule. Later that day an slightly improved clip art picture arrived and then finally in the evening a respectable photoshopped picture arrived along with a story credited to Jim Stringer, which I believe the club only requested that afternoon? There was also the announcement of commerative mugs to mark the event. Surely these would and should have been available on the day if the club was up to speed and aware of the significance of the anniversary? Perhaps the issue as someone pointed out at the game yesterday that non of the current board or staff are from Rochdale and therefore don't have a full handle on the history of Hornets. This is a relatively easy fix. For me though, the huge elephant in the room is the complete news blackout around the situation of what is going on about the stadium? Why are we now still months on no wiser as to what is going on? What has caused this situation? Is the Fiji match going ahead? Inform people and we will I am sure be 100% behind you. Bottom line is the club long before this season commenced commissioned an anniversary shirt to mark the historical significance of the milestone. Hardly being caught on the hop? Whats the relatively easy fix you refer to? does anything need fixing please enlighten us? I am sure if you can name someone willing to join the board and willing to pump in valuable time and cash for the cause they would be welcomed with open arms??? You shouldn't forget the reason these guys are here is nobody from Rochdale stepped up to the plate and it was the clubs CEO who reached out to Andy & Co at the back end of 2019 not the other way round because it was failing, going backwards and almost certainly would be gone by now. Also remember 100% of the old society membership voted in favor of the new direction and thankfully they did as i shudder to think where it was going. Also worth noting the current ownership / shareholders include Paul Ormerod who everyone knows is highly respected in Rochdale. Maybe ask him if you get chance on a match day as i have done about the great job being done with our club and the foundation. All Hornets supporters association of which i am proud to be part of are also fully onboard and backing the vision, and all the genuine supporters are 100% behind them. Internet forums eh.

No ego here just a SUPPORTER who is careful to post facts. Andy & Co is referenced to the fact it was Andy who was initially approached with regards to a take over at Hornets as is explained by the clubs CEO here around the time.

Hopefully in partnership with All Hornets they will continue to succeed and save this great old club, because make no mistake that ALL the clubs in this division are fighting for their semi pro lives. I also think that its a great compliment to Hornets OBSERVING trolls on here jealously trying to disrespect the club instead of putting their efforts into supporting their own clubs.
