You’d imagine England, Ireland, wales and Scotland being the obvious choices and perhaps Jamaica the other. would love to see England v France become a regular test series with games played in both countries. England/Wales/Australia/New Zealand/PNG/Fiji/Samoa/Tonga/Cook Islands/Scotland/Ireland/Rest of the World Invitation. As for hosting a 3 test series against nations like NZ, fiji and PNG I can’t see where the funding comes from for both PNG and Fiji to cover the cost of the tour whilst NZ could probably cover the cost of touring France and maybe England.
