Legion 

An exhibition at the British Museum about the ordinary life of the Roman soldier during the time of the Roman Empire.

Lots of artefacts in the collection for the first time in London.

Its had 5 star reviews across the papers for how it’s been put together.

It does look good but it's not cheap!

May get the catalogue though.

Yes, I’m thinking of taking an elderly member family down on the train from up north for a couple of days in the capital to see it.

None of the elements particular cheap as you say, but I’ve not been to the BM since they held the Pompeii exhibition a while ago which was sobering but educational too.

Feels like the perfect excuse to get down there again.
