Marsh departs Widnes

Stefan Marsh has left Widnes Vikings.

The winger has departed the club after five seasons in Super League, with the Vikings continuing to cut their cloth ahead of their return to the Championship.

Marsh, 28, made over 100 appearances for the Vikings, but has now joined the likes of Lloyd White and Pat Ah Van in leaving the club.

Widnes CEO James Rule said: “Stefan has been associated with the Vikings since his first spell with us in 2010, and has always given his all when wearing a Widnes shirt.

“On behalf of everyone at the club, I thank him for his efforts and wish him all the best in his future career.”
