Hull Kingston Rovers have announced that their season-opener against Leeds Rhinos on Sunday February 16 has already sold more than their best attendance of 2013 (8,874 against cross-city rivals Hull FC).
Indeed, thanks to a clever marketing plan and the buzz around the sport at the moment, the club are aiming to break their stadium record and potentially sell out.
Availability is now limited in several areas, including the terracing and West Stand. The new North Stand still has a large selection, though.
