SYLVAIN HOULES was less than impressed with Toulouse Olympique’s 36-18 loss to Castleford Tigers.
The French side trailed 24-0 at half-time, and, though they registered three late tries, Toulouse were second best throughout.
And their coach Houles was disappointed to say the least, saying: “I don’t think we played like we could today.
“Our discipline was very, very poor. We put ourselves in this situation and it’s a shame.
“We were closing in on them on the ladder and we targeted that game but credit to Castleford – they executed better and were more controlled.
“They were more clinical and every time they came close, they scored points.
“I thought we were flat and lacked energy so we got what we deserved.”
