  1. I do subscribe, have to re-log in most times as for some reason it doesn't remember me or the passwords. I've seen other complaining about it too. Don't mind ads as they can be easily ignored, but pop up ones that you either can't bypass or have to wait for aren't really fair on the user, especially as my phone now thinks I'm interested in betting sites so everywhere else is now advertising similar. Could be a bit of a nightmare for a gambling addict.
  2. I've read a few comments on this match over the weekend, even seen someone suggesting a change of coach which is just daft. I knew we'd get some people being like that but it is a bit disappointing to hear, especially as we aren't exactly getting stuffed every week. How things are on the pitch now is exactly how it was always going to be and it'll certainly be of no surprise to the people in charge. There's a reason better players cost more money and that's simply because they're better players, you can't change a very good part-time championship squad into a good SL squad in a few months, just never going to happen even in you put Wayne Bennett in charge and spent full cap. You also can't sign a good SL squad at the end of a season, especially as we were under the impression we'd have no extra funding at all until it was announced we were in SL. We are basically a very good Championship squad with the addition of Paul Vaughan, a couple of fringe NRL/SL players and a top class player in David Nofoaluma who's re-discovered his love for the game. Next year, we'll be better cos we've got over a year to plan and twice as much money. If we'd had a year to plan and twice as much money, the players would be better, smarter and more used to the pace of the game & referee interpretations at this level, then the games against Warrington, Wigan, Catalan, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Cas & Leigh would have more than likely been a York win and we'd be top of SL with everyone wetting their pants.
  3. Never been on a gambling site in my life but I have to see and click on a pop up ad for one to access this site on my phone now.
  4. I want us to win don't get me wrong, but I'm not going to get upset if we lose. We're in Super League and we're building and learning from everything. Now imagine if we'd still been in the Championship with all that debacle down there, trying to build the club. No thanks.
  5. Should just draw the players out of a hat like they do at kids football for the last game of the season, first one out plays full back, 2nd wing...
  6. Mate, you do know where York have come from these last few years don’t you? Wasn’t that long ago we were always getting outbid by Hunslet for Paul March’s mates. A player of McInness’ calibre is very special indeed.
  7. York's attendance on Saturday was 6077.
  8. You need to buy a ticket either online or from the ticket office pre match. It’s all digital and a cashless stadium.
  9. He's coming to York.
  10. The reserve referee and his brother used to play for us, fact fans.
  11. That's the spirit!
  12. He's going nowhere.
  13. Disrespectful to Newcastle that really, glad they stuffed them. Remember all too well going there with York and them putting 98 on us, it was just a big old laugh to them. Now look eh?
  14. So do we, that’s why we’ve signed one of their best players.
