  1. What’s that got to do with anything?
  2. I wasn't criticising Dewsbury's ground at all, but any ground could be brought up to standard with many millions spent on it. York's ground wasn't up to standard in 2001 but with many millions spent it now is. The only team I want to see playing home games in Dewsbury is Dewsbury, otherwise what are we doing?
  3. Oldham have a quality ground in Oldham they can play at, that's why I brought them up. Hopefully this season's shenanigans will have been put to bed now and they can get back to growing their club cos the potential there is as big as any heartlands area.
  4. Nothing to do with the size or state of the ground at all, main issue is Dewsbury isn't in Huddersfield. Fair enough a temporary ground share if they are actually building or developing their own, but they haven't even identified a site yet. It's literally just words. Can't just move to another town with no guarantee of a return, all while other clubs who have a decent home in their actual town or city are excluded from SL when they could probably do a decent job if they were given the same funding as Huddersfield. And I'm talking about the likes of Widnes, Oldham etc here.
  5. They'll use whatever gives them the biggest advantage. Matt Shaw said something about Huddersfield Town getting some new LED boards and that counting towards the Giant's IMG scores.
  6. Fact is the RFL didn't give Dewsbury a chance to use it in SL back in 2001, nor a chance to improve it. I know Dewsbury's ground has improved, been there loads of times and it's one of the best in the Championship by far. Doesn't mean Huddersfield should be able to use it to stay in SL though.
  7. Keep hearing him say they've launched "Giants Unleashed" like it's some sort of magic spell. When really it's more like a dodgy salesman conning an old man out of his savings. Huddersfield should be one of the game's strongest clubs, there's absolutely no excuse. They've had loads of money, heartlands area, top class ground. If they aren't succeeding now then they never will be.
  8. It’d be pure Rugby League for York to finish well above Huddersfield and get kicked out, then for Huddersfield to play at Dewsbury - a ground that wasn’t deemed good enough for Dewsbury to get into SL. All cos big Ralph used a bit of LinkedIn waffle and a hashtag.
  9. Could always give the bottom team and London half.
  10. York played well, Huddersfield didn’t, kits didn’t bother me in the slightest and I was watching on a phone. Could have been 50, players all looked happy. Nothing to moan about at all.
  11. NO ITS A RED FLAG THAT DOESNT PASS THE SNIFF TEST!
  12. So despite the RFL, the club owner and now the editor of the main UK RL publication coming out and saying there’s not a serious issue, nothing at all happening this week other than a podcast (where the accusations have been refuted by said owners, RFL and editor of major RL publication) you lads are getting increasingly revved up. Calm down ffs.
  13. I wasn't repeating anything back to you, I was quoting something you said as it was a relevant point that people are missing and I thought it should be reinforced. The like emoji doesn't have the same effect.
  14. Every business has cash flow issues but a short term credit facility is extremely expensive and a lot of interest will need to be paid. Anyone who runs a small business will know you can't just approach a bank and get 50k short or long term unless you're basically remortgaging your house. Taking your own money early will have cost nothing, other than the clubs reputation getting trashed by people on the internet obvs.
