Except Newcastle didn't have a ground (or anything at all) to lose.

So did Newcastle.

1) Apparently so, but on half funding.

2) Yes.

Yeah good idea, something a bit like this would work well:

Exactly. We finished 10th despite getting half funding and a few weeks to turn full time, lost 9 games by 12 points or less. Add players like McInnes, Hardaker, Lawrie & Jowitt and a proper full time pre season annd back room staff into that and we probably win at least another 5 games.

Would Leigh?

You can think and like what you want, I'm not saying you can't.

You can like what you want, it's not about opinion, it's about what suits the digital age. Not sure why you couldn't share the actual Wigan logo, not one that looks like it's on a boiled sweet.

It isn't, it's not about whether you "like" it or not. The Wigan, Hull KR, Wakefield & York Knights/Valkyrie are the best SL club logos for the digital age.

We all know that if York or Toulouse had finished bottom, we'd have had fans clamouring for them to be relegated.

The pies were nice.

Big well done to Castleford, who despite having a dreadful season on the pitch, constant backroom turmoil, a clip art logo, the philosophy of a Working Man's Club and a ground fit for the 1960s have now jumped up to 8th with an A grade. Not to mention the "No Longer In" Huddersfield Giants who are in at 12th place despite not actually playing in Huddersfield any more and have been rubbish on the field yet again. Quite telling that Dewsbury haven't even got a score, probably realised it's not worth bothering now they've sold their ground.

Walmsley never played centre.

What a load of absolute tripe. I could have coached that team to exactly the same results this year and my coaching experience consists of helping out when my lad played for New Earswick All Blacks under 8s.
