Any updates on the injuries to Bullock, Tee, Costello (who pulled up before KO?). Also was King injured too?

It was definitely grounded.

Even though we had a winning result, I'm still very disappointed with the officiating of the game. How Ritsons try was disallowed for being classed as held up is beyond me. Tee was lying on the ball over the try line, the ref was clearly stood in a position to see the ball grounded. I'm hoping the cameraman in the corner a couple of feet away has an image of the ball being grounded.

Couldn't make it today due to the lurgy going about. However seems from the scoreline the lads had a decent run out. Viewing updates on fb, I noticed 2 players under the names trialist A and trialist B. Any info on them? And anyone available to summerise on the game please?

Gutted Jamie Pye has signed for Rochdale Hornets. I thought he had a good spell for us and would have been a good addition for 2026.

On Fb, it appears J Greenwood, A Smith, Bedward & T Wilkinson have been released. I expected more from Greenwood and Smith as they weren't real game changers as their reputation would have them especially playing SL. A bit perplexed with Wilkinson as he played with his heart on his sleeve and showed plenty of commitment, however I'm guessing somethings happened behind the scenes. And Bedward was coming on nicely and developing into a decent player. I'd have thought he just needed more game time.

Understandable with injuries, however that was one of the worst performances I've seen from a Barrow team in 30+ years. Serious recruitment needed for next season.

Is this worthwhile watching?

York's line speed is dominating us.

IMHO the ref changed the outcome of the game disallowing what looked like a decent try to call the leading pass a forward. Lost count how many times they laid on in a tackle but to penalise Barrow once or twice for laying on. It was clear to see frustration set in within the players which determined the result. Looking forward to their visit to Craven Park!

Due to work commitments I watched the game on the Youtube channel. I appreciate what you're saying RSN as no-one expected us (Barrow) to be 2nd in the league. However I thought we played the better rugby today and Donny really got their points from our mistakes. It wasn't a classic but we are where we are with the ethos this team has. Long may it continue.
