  1. What Would Your World Cup 24 Man Squad Be if Selected Now? Wrong.
  2. I didn't offer my opinion on broadcast quality so don't try and pretend I did.
  3. That is what you said. If it's not a late tackle it can't be penalised. If the ball has gone it is a late tackle, but you quite clearly said it isn't. This is what you now say. The bit in bold you did not say.
  4. So stop play after nearly every tackle and pass then, my whole point is the ref has to take into account a lot of factors. If we go down the pedantic route of every infringement, no matter how minor, has to be penalised then we may have a game you love but you alone.
  5. All tackles when the ball has gone are late, when the tackle occurs the first thing he has to decide is was it late yes or no, if yes he will then decide could the player tackling have pulled out, yes or no, if he didn't pull out did he try to pull out, if contact was made through not pulling out was it forceful or was it glancing (due to trying to pull out), did late contact impede the kicker from following the kick. The ref makes all this analysis in a split second, it really is that simple If every late touch on a player was given as a penalty this board would enter meltdown.
  6. It does, the ref has to make a judgement though about, was it late, how much force and influence on the game.
  7. If everyone ditched Sky, Sky ditch RL. They won't pay to produce the content just to feed dodgy sticks and SL+
  8. That is an utterly stupid statement.
  9. What did he say, I was watching on radio with no pictures.
  10. How long have you sat on that waiting for the chance.
