  1. I think that may be announced tomorrow, delighted for him if so, and to be fair he's worked his ###### off to get the chance to play in SL by working his way up.
  2. Bad, as others have said, if we are increasing to 14 clubs, allow the promoted teams 10 quota/NFT players with a reduction on numbers over, say, five years back to 7. A whole blanket increase is not good and I hope not all clubs take advantage of this. At the very least have a match day cap on numbers.
  3. Shame, he was doing such a magnificent job. Bet Craig Lingard is having a little chuckle.

  5. Last few weeks he's been playing really well, and did in the first half. The whole team were guilty of over playing in the second and bombed plenty. Disappointing as that 6th place could be decided on points difference.
  6. For all tha stuck in the first half, nothing did in the second and even for a Trinity fan it was a tough watch. Catalans are awful, and niggley. Trinity lost composure and seemed to think they had to score ever set. Anyhow absolutely magnificent take for Rourke' first try.
  7. https://planning.wakefield.gov.uk/online-applications/simpleSearchResults.do?action=firstPage Further improvements at Belle Vue
  8. The pulling up a player who may be injured is a big no, and has been for a while. I don't know the reasoning why Horne got 6 games and Martin 0, although Martin's was a little tug on Jowitt's shirt where as Horne actually lifted the player, whether that difference is reflected in the punishment I don't know.
  9. I agree in part, but in terms tangable improvements, it's largely the same as it's always been, so when asking for rival fans thoughts on the ground, they may not be as glowing as the home fans. All in good time though, and if we want that k average, some home fans will have to take up the WT.
  10. The west terrace is still the issue, and until it's properly sorted it will always be a substandard part of the ground, and that will be the general experience of visiting supporters.
  11. Refs are no worse than his playing days, when he used to throw himself on the floor, feigning injury to win a penalty. Difference being he's no longer at a top club, where they tend to get the bounce on these calls.
  12. Ellis confirmed in the York Post article that he is looking to do something similar to what Newcastle have got at St James Park We've bought the shop outside the ground and are considering doing a Newcastle-style stack in there for matchdays. Almost a Trinity bar that is open a few nights a week as well. .
