  1. No danger of falling out, as you say, it can be tricky getting points across via word online only.
  2. And don't want to clarify apparently. Maybe I was trying to be too understanding.
  3. I'm sorry, you've lost me. You gave a list of expansion clubs that were put into SL as an example of the sport having it's favourites. Then in a later post listed some none SL clubs, presumably expanding the list of the sports favourites. I'm not sure how these clubs are favourites and wondering what the reason was for listing them. As it stands it does seem that you are just listing expansion clubs as favourites. It could feasibly but seen to be an anti-expansion bias. I don't think you necessarily are being like that and asking what your reasoning behind it is. By not answering then you are forcing people to read between the lines.
  4. What favouritism did those clubs get? I suppose to an extent it is how you define favouritism though discussing that may take us into the realms of the politics forum.
  5. From what I've seen I wouldn't be particularly pleased with that. There's a reason South's are getting Dodd.
  6. The replacement will be key and potentially could make or break Wellens career, which is a bit harsh given it is probably other people who will make the deal. I'd love for a youngster to come in, and would maybe buy the team a bit of time. As Dunbar has pointed out before there isn't fantastic strength in depth in Aus so unless there is a hidden gem then I don't see that as being a viable option. The other option being a current SL (Champ?) player.
  7. Watch out for the next SARL article. Revealed: Lancashire Hotpots real origins and they have their say on what they really like to eat.
  8. I saw the hotpots last weekend in Chester. Great fun. I think it will go down well as a live warm up act, probably better than a 'real' band.
  9. For me then the only 'warm up' game has to be against PNG.
  10. As long as Saints make the playoffs and win their last game of the season I'll be happy.
  11. Isn't that what some people to want? Every game to matter. Everyone having something to play for right until the end.
  12. I always enjoy maths! But sorry about the sarky comment, it was uncalled for. Thanks for explaining that in more detail and you are correct that the averaging out over three years does make a difference. However that would represent a fall in their performance score meaning that there would have to be an improvement elsewhere (not in the population as that won't change). That still means a significant strengthening of the club would be needed and thus suggesting they are the right club to have in SL.
  13. So if Toulouse get relegated from Champ to League 1 then their population won't be enough for them to overcome the on pitch performance score therefore meaning it is incredibly unlikely to happen and that the poster saying that they might get relegated and still put in SL is talking nonsense. Thank you for the maths.
