It's been suitable for over 30 years though and was a major selling point they used to stay in SL. They even partly owned it and had the opportunity to use that share as leverage when it came to a new ground and site. I really don't see how, everything considered, staying there until a site was found and a stadium built was so out of the question. If they are seriously talking about building a stadium in Huddersfield they should be staying until that is done. The fact they aren't, and are investing so much in Dewsbury, doesn't bode well on them ever leaving Dewsbury no matter what is said publicly.

I have not seen anyone on here defend the RFL. Every person on here who thinks it is just as possible there are other factors at play is consistently more critical of the RFL on this forum than the NRL. Woods has probably received well over 90% criticism on this forum over the last 15 years or so, its not like he has many supporters on here or generally.

That's not true in the slightest. Football is way bigger there and the province has two major Football clubs. Atletico Tucuman averaged 26,652 in the top flight and San Martín de Tucuman gets massive crowds in the 2nd tier.
