When i was coaching, the training fields and grounds are all closed due to drout conditions and holidays in july and August, The amateur players giving up their 3 or 4 weeeks holiday in july or August, alot of people have no choice as their employer closes the business for a month and they have no choice but take the holodays then, Where do the non playing players play when not selected if the reserves team is playing in winter, same for u19s for players stepping up.
