Hull Kingston Rovers centre Kris Welham has been charged with Grade A head-butting on Castleford full-back Luke Dorn last Friday night.
The 26-year-old has until 11.00am on Tuesday March 4 to submit an Early Guilty Plea.
The RFL Match Review Panel also issued cautions to the following players:
