CASTLEFORD TIGERS have announced three pre-season friendlies ahead of the 2026 campaign.
On 10 January, Ryan Carr’s side will come up against top-four Championship outfit Oldham at the OneBore Stadium with a 3pm kick-off.
That fixture had initially been organised to be played at the Benidorm Bash. However, that exhibition weekend has now been cancelled.
Then, on 18 January – also with a 3pm kick-off – Castleford forward Brad Singleton will enjoy his testimonial fixture against his former club Leeds Rhinos, also at the OneBore Stadium.
The Tigers will then come up against St Helens on 24 January (3pm) at the Brewdog Stadium for a previously announced testimonial game for Saints prop Matty Lees.
It will be a much-changed Castleford outfit to the one that finished second bottom on the Super League ladder in 2025.
Signings are into the double figures with NRL quality such as Mikaele Ravalawa, Semi Valemei and Blake Taffe joining Super League stars Jack Ashworth, Jordan Lane and Darnell McIntosh at The Jungle.
