I watched the game this morning, the match itself was a brilliant advert for the sport. Some of the one field calls could be debated either way. I'm hoping that anyone new to the game enjoyed the match and didn't hear the foul mouthed abuse from some 'fans' post match.

I wasn't looking forward to this game, I seriously thought Wales were going to be slaughtered. How wrong I was, what an absolutely magnificent performance from the boys. Once the Welsh players playing at a junior level feed through to the national team in a few years time Wales will be serious contenders for the original World Cup. Thank you John Kear you've done us proud.

Good result for Welsh RL. I always look at the Championship 1 result for Scorpions before the Crusaders results in SL. I might have a couple of quid on Wales for the European Championship. Hopefully the French players will be distracted by winning the Challenge Cup with Catalans.

This is the one decent idea that the coalition have come up with. Hopefully resources can now be utilized to develop RL throughout the UK.
