Robbie Hunter-Paul showed why he's not used in the commentary box much. Too much talking over everyone, trying to be funny and adding nothing. Dreadful. No-one seems to complain about Channel 4 having one commentator and one expert, yet everyone else wants a chorus line of voices.

I'm sure Robbie Hunter Paul is a great bloke, but he's awful as an expert in the commentary box. Never sure why the BBC still use him. Compare his to Tara Stanley in the women's semi, without the expecience, and it's night and day.

Whitfield was outstanding during the World Cup as well.

Don't spoil the arguments we already know the answers to. See also: the switch from Anfield to Wigan. It wasn't perfect, but the added spotlight on TV for the women's and wheelchair games was great. Wheelchair players featured at Wimbledon? Unthinkable.

The real issue with the highlights on the BBC is by the time the Super League Show is on, most of the games are ancient history.

When Our League is showing tag rugby and amateur games, it really makes no sense not to show this.

People would moan that they have to choose between supporting their club and going to watch football/watch a dodgy feed in a pub. But you're spot on.

It's just supporters trying to defend the indefensible, and if it was a Saints player who had been sent off, they'd be asking for more. It's not as if Griffin is a player you'd categorise as a bad lad, so just take the medicine and move on.

Some supporters aren't going to be happy unless they hear exactly what was said, and even then, would still justify why he shouldn't be banned or even punished.

Fans should be banned for abuse as well, Just because a decision doesn't go your way, doesn't mean you have the right to abuse a person.
