It's not that much of a dig, more just opinion. Taylor is a solid signing, he's a bit like Mossop in that he's better in defence rather than attack, and given his number of shoulder surgeries he's had and the amount of time he's been on the sideline, I'd say champ 1 is where he's at in his career. Been a great servant for Haven though.

Solid signing for Town, putting together some good league 1 players. Taylor perhaps past his best for champ level but solid enough for league 1

Shattered his knee cap playing against St.Helens, needed to have it fully reconstructed. Only played a couple more games when he came back as sadly don't think he fully recovered

Great player when first arrived but you're correct, only managed 15 games in 2 years, smashed & re-structed his knee which may see him never regain his best... BUT... if he does, he's a hell of a signing, especially in league 1

Ryan king signed for Haven after turning down both Barrow and Town. Tom Walker still contracted to Haven for another year. Fully expect him to be at Barrow but could get messy if Haven don't agree to release. How can Bullock be heading out on Loan before Burgess has had a proper look at the squad and decided on players?

If this is true I wonder how they will distribute the central funding?
